Terms and Conditions

By using Icon Express as your delivery service provider, you agree to the following terms. Icon Express will not be held liable for:

  • Goods that are unwrapped, unlabeled, or improperly packaged.
  • Packages or items left outside a home or building at the customer’s request, including those left without a signature (e.g., left in a mailbox or on a doorstep).
  • Any loss or damage not reported on the waybill at the time of delivery. The recipient’s signature on the waybill will serve as confirmation that the delivery was received in acceptable condition.
  • Damage or breakage of goods not clearly labeled as FRAGILE or GLASS on the outside of the packaging. Proper labeling is required for fragile items.
  • Delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, lightning strikes, water damage, or product defects resulting from improper shipping or storage by the sender.
